CNS Confectionery Products is a family owned business since 1995. My mother, under the guidance of her ambitious mother, created CNS Confectionery Products as a way to create a business out of her passion. We are a family of bakers and chefs, and we know just how important it is to have top quality ingredients stocked in your kitchen! We are direct importers and processors of premium coconut from the Philippines. We carry a variety of desiccated, sweetened and toasted coconut, (including Sulfite Free coconut) in all cut sizes ranging from Coconut Flour, Macaroon, Medium, Flake, Fancy . We process coconut daily and we keep inventory of our products in our warehouse. Coconut is packaged in 1 LB, 10 LB or 25 LB. Private Label is available upon request.

Sweetened Coconut Flakes are composed of dried and shredded coconut flesh, sugar, water, propylene glycol, salt, sodium metabisulfite, and cornstarch. Our sweetened coconut is sourced from the Philippines and sweetened in our plant in New Jersey. Our coconut is sweet, soft, and chewy. Ideal ingredient for yummy baked goods, as decorative ice cream, cake, or cupcake toppings, in healthy breakfast bowls and mixed into savory curry recipes. Our bulk 25 lb sweetened coconut flakes are for serious distributors, bakers, and chefs.
