What is FOB?

Where is your coconut sourced from?

For over 20 years we’ve been sourcing our coconut from tropical palm trees bathing in the warmth of the Philippines. Our hand picked coconuts are shredded on the islands directly after harvesting. The Philippines are famous for their high quality and nutritious coconuts. 

What does 'Desiccated' mean?

We’re glad you asked! Desiccated coconut is when the coconut meat has been dried, chopped or grated. Desiccated coconut comes in a wide variety of sizes ranging from snow-like powder all the way to large and delicious chunks. You can choose between sweetened, unsweetened and toasted desiccated coconut to fulfill all of your cooking and baking desires.

How many cases are on a layer on a pallet?

10 lb case - 20 CS ( 7 rows) = 1400 lb

25 lb case - 10 CS (6 rows) = 1500 lb

25 lb bag - 6 bags ( 10 rows) = 1600 lb

50 lb bag - 4 bags ( 8 rows ) = 1600 lb

What is the lead time for an order?

 10- 14 day lead time is our norm.
