Toasted and sweetened coconut flakes are a popular golden brown cut among our customers. Our coconut is sourced from the Philippines and toasted in our plant in New Jersey. Our toasted coconut flakes are sulfite-free and contain only four ingredients: high-quality dried desiccated coconut, sugar, brown sugar, and salt. This chewy and nutty ingredient goes great with pastries, cakes, ice-creams, cereals, vegan and granola recipes. Our 25lb bulk order is for serious distributors, bakers, and chefs.
