Toasted unsweetened coconut flakes are a popular, golden brown cut among our customers. Our coconut is sourced from the Philippines and toasted in our plant in New Jersey. Our toasted coconut flakes are unsweetened and sulfite-free. This chewy and nutty ingredient is vegan and enhances pastries, cakes, ice creams, cereals, and granola recipes.
